BOGUS COMMUNICATION

We have recently had a few patients telephone the practice stating that they have received calls from us, they are asked to provide information such as name, date of birth, address etc.   They have been informed that unless this is confirmed they will be removed from our practice list.   WE URGE PATIENTS THAT IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT AS TO WHETHER THIS IS BOGUS OR NOT PLEASE INFORM THE PERSON YOU WILL TELEPHONE THE PRACTICE BACK ON OUR MAIN NUMBER (NOT A MOBILE) AND SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF STAFF TO CONFIRM DETAILS.

DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN IT IS THE PRACTICE YOU ARE SPEAKING TO.
